Welcome to the HSSCA web site

The HSSCA exists to promote and encourage sailing as an integral and valuable curriculum supporting activity. The association encourages sailing at all levels ages and abilities. It also provides training for adults whether teachers, parents or others interested in coaching sailing at many venues in and beyond the county. We recognise that sailing provides the opportunity for personal and group development and promotes confidence and physical activity for young people  in a challenging and exciting environment.

The skills, attitudes, knowledge and life skills gained through sailing extend beyond school life into adulthood and future careers.
